Luminous lemon yellow colour, crystalline. The bouquet brings a floral impression of white owers and tulips. Aromas of lemon peel, lime, ripe citrus. A mix of fruity notes – apple, pear, pineapple, quince jelly – subtly complemented by smoky notes, anise and a touch of lavender honey. A creamy feel, tender and unctuous. A first impression of citrus and lime with notes of juicy pineapple and crisp apple followed by smoky hints and sea salt on the palate. Finishing with honeyed notes.
