Certainly an apéritif style, this is still a rich Chardonnay, toasty, developed, with white flower aromas and honey and citrus flavors, that hint at tropical fruits. A smooth, creamy mouthfeel adds to the impression of voluptuousness, while the citrusy finish lingers delicately on the palate.

This is a very lively Champagne with a creamy mousse. The wine is towards dry, bringing out great white and citrus fruit flavors with a burst of tangy vibrant acidity. Fresh and open-knit, this accessible version shows flavors of Gala apple, candied ginger, biscuit and spice that become more subtle on the finish.

This Blanc de Noirs uses Pinot Noir grapes from the Premier Cru rated vineyard in the village of Bisseuil in the Montagne de Reims, contributing power and body. It shows the deep golden tints characteristic of Pinot Noir matured for long years in the cellars. Abundant, long lasting mousse and astonishingly fine bubbles. Hints of toasty vanilla and dried fruits are combined with an elegant finish.

A rich bouquet of red fruits with delicate, smoky grilled notes behind. It is fresh and full-bodied on the palate with aromas of strawberries and blackcurrant, and is lingering and complex in its finish.

Aromatic, with a tight, herby nose. The fresh palate is crisp and lemony with fresh acidity. Very bright and intense with a savoury freshness. Tending towards the austere with even a hint of saltiness.

Light, bright pink. High-pitched aromas and flavors of red berries and candied orange, with a subtle mineral overtone. Taut and focused, with very good finishing clarity and tangy persistence. Balance and light on the finish.

A bouquet of ripe pear and floral freshness reveals a powerful palate and persistent mousse. Harmonious and balanced, this cuvée is fantastic as an aperitif!
