This is the most delicate of the Devaux Rosé Champagnes with the greater percentage of Chardonnay contributing a firm, elegant freshness to the palate. Fresh red fruit aromas from the Pinot Noir combine with a hint of hazelnut complexity on the finish.

An avalanche of red berry and cherry fruits burst onto the scene at first sniff, along with citrus and rose florals. The palate is vibrant, curvaceous and full-bodied with more red berries, a fine mousse and racy, citrus acidity leading to a dry finish.

All the hallmarks of an exceptional quality champagne. On the bouquet there is beautiful intensity, complexity and elegance. On the palate the balance is extraordinary, there’s subtle yet powerful concentration of flavor, and the length lingers on and on. Superb!

The Brut Rosé Premier Cru is a beautifully poised, centered wine. Predominantly Pinot Noir, the rosé impresses for its breadth and rich, voluminous personality. Hints of crushed flowers, rose petals and sweet red berries linger on the refined, polished finish.

Coral-like in appearance, with subtle orange reflections reminiscent of antique roses. Freshly picked strawberry aromas gradually become more intense, with home-made strawberry jam and blood peach alongside rich, warm notes of gingerbread and cinnamon. A vivacious palate full of red fruit, with some generous floral notes. Following a silky-rich texture, the finish is long and balanced.
