The classic expression of Arran – our fresh and unique island style is captured beautifully in our 10 Year Old Single Malt. First released in 2006, this is the flagship Single Malt of our distillery and one that we were very proud to launch to great acclaim. It is without doubt a ‘must have’ in the collection of all Single Malt Whisky enthusiasts.

Caramelised citrus and tropical notes on a background of toasted oak have created an intense, well rounded dram with charm and personality. A balanced mix of our finest aged ex-Sherry and ex-Bourbon Casks, this fully mature expression of The Arran Malt is exceptional.
-
Our long awaited 21 year-old has now joined our core range of Single Malt whiskies. This is truly the jewel in Arran Single Malt’s crown and is 100% matured in a mix of some of the oldest Sherry Butts from our distillery. This is one of the oldest expressions of our Arran Single Malt to date.

The Arran Single Malt selected for this cask strength expression was initially matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels for 7 years before being transferred for secondary maturation into smaller Quarter casks also made of the finest American oak for a further 2 years. The end result is a full-bodied expression of Arran Single Malt combining power and finesse full of rich vanilla sweetness and bold peppery spice.

This malt has been skilfully created by combining different ages to produce a beautifully rounded whisky. The sweet, fruity notes and the depth of flavour mean that this malt can be happily enjoyed neat, on the rocks or as part of a classic whisky cocktail.

The nose is balanced smokiness, sweetness, heathery, hint of sherry. The palate is rounded smoky sweetness, full malt delivery. The finish is teasing, heathery, delicious.
-
Natural colour; burnished gold, clear and bright. The nose displays characteristic toffee sweetness and an almond nuttiness reminiscent of marzipan. The finish is a prolonged, full, smokey aftertaste. Complex and rewarding.
-
This is a racy whisky, with a rye, grain-like character. A touch of peat smoke fades into a modest butterscotch sweetness, touched with notes of sage and black pepper. Scapa is made with local water that smells of heather, which certainly accounts for some of the greenery notes in the glass, but it’s the briny salt that comes on strong in the finish that reminds one that this is an island whisky at heart. Sweet and salty in one glass? You bet. It’s a lively expression… but one which might drive whisky traditionalists into fits. Definitely one to try at least once.
-
A powerful peat and sea-salt nose; smoky sweetness with malt flavours and developing warmth with a huge, peppery finish.
-
Unmistakably Talisker; the 18 Year Old is mature, mild-mannered and sweet to begin with, with less smoke and chilli pepper than younger expressions.
-
Any new member of the Talisker family has a lot to live up to and I am proud to say that Talisker Storm does just that. The distinctive whisky we create with such passion and care here on Skye speaks very boldly of the dramatic island where it was born. Talisker Storm is a skilful blend of differing aged casks that come together to deliver an intensely dark smoky flavour with swirling notes of wood brine and spice.
