Light yellow hue. New oak is quite evident on the bouquet. Buttery, citrus and mineral notes too. The palate is refined and taut, focussed and intense, with great delicacy and subtlety. Long and pure on the finish. A beautiful Chardonnay. The full Symphony is playing here.

It isn’t hard to see why Tasmania is quickly gaining a reputation as one of Australia’s greatest cool-climate Pinot regions.
