Light yellow hue. New oak is quite evident on the bouquet. Buttery, citrus and mineral notes too. The palate is refined and taut, focussed and intense, with great delicacy and subtlety. Long and pure on the finish. A beautiful Chardonnay. The full Symphony is playing here.

Deepish colour of good hue and a rich black fruit and vanilla aroma, chocolate too. The palate is smooth and savoury. There’s liberal use of smoky oak, but it’s a lovely generous wine with lots of lush fruit richness and depth. Deliciously opulent.
