135 East Hyogo Dry Gin is batch distilled both with essentially Japanese and traditional London Dry style botanicals. The result is perfect balance of complexity & harmony, a truly Japanese spirit, named after the Akashi Meridian at 135 degrees east longitude which runs past our distillery in Akashi city. This gin marks the centenary of the start of the Yonezawa family’s history in distilling fine Japanese craft spirit.

KI NO BI is a unique gin produced in an artisanal distillery located in Kyoto, Japan. Elaborated from regional ingredients, its recipe is inspired by the history and culture of the city. KI NO BI, which means “the beauty of the seasons”, is a rice alcohol to which local botanicals including yellow Yuzu, Sansho pepper and Uji gyokuro tea have been added. This Japanese gin is assembled with the famous Fushimi water.

For over 80 years, the Nikka brand has been known as one of the finest makers of Japanese whisky. And now, for the first time, Nikka is entering the world of white spirits with Nikka Coffey Gin. Using the same continuous style stills developed by Aeneas Coffey in 1830, the Gin is produced using 11 botanicals including Sansho pepper, Yuzu, Kabosu, Amanatsu, and Shequasar from Japan.

Sakurao Gin is produced in a copper hybrid still. We utilize a hybrid distillation method that simultaneously incorporates the steeping method in which distillation is performed after immersing botanicals in a clear-tasting base spirits, as well as the vapor method in which botanicals are placed in a basket that is installed in the distillation path.
