Romate Solera Reserva Brandy is distilled in the distinctive solera cask system and aged two and half years in American oak casks, earning the title Reserva. It was created in the tradition of Cardenal Mendoza and also will carry the prestigious appellation Brandy de Jerez. It is smooth with a pleasant, oaky bouquet reminiscent of sherry.

The Riserva Tre Botti is the result of the expertise and creative flair of Vecchia Romagna, the finest of which are aged for up to 10-15 years. The spirit is aged in three different barrels: the small French oak barriques to define structure and character, the large Slovenian oak barrels to bestow softness and smoothness, and the tonneau barrels – previously used to store Italian red wine – to obtain refined, velvety notes.
