A pale straw colour, clean intense aromas of fruit and cut grass. The taste is dry yet soft encompassing classic salty notes on the palate with refreshing bitterness on the finish.
-
Soft, subtle and a bit honeyed on the bouquet with red bush tea and medicinal notes. Warm, spicy, mature palate with an attractively tangy character. Very long and concentrated finish.

This early release wine is not barrel aged or blended, it is a pure, fresh, grapey example of Pedro and captures all the tanginess of the style before rancio sets in. The palate shows concentrated toffee, caramel and dried fruit notes and the finish is warm and lingering.

A good depth of colour for a Manzanilla. Nice bouquet, fresh and herby. Good rounded palate, with weight and an appealing rounded fleshiness, balanced by a fresh crisp acidity.

Pale sandalwood/caramel in hue, with a fresh, brisk, redolently woody aroma. Though appearing to teeter on the verge of volatility by virtue of being so dry and so woody, the blue cheese notes (cachel blue / dolcelatte / cabrales / stilton) lift it into an entirely different level.
