A gorgeously exotic sweet wine from the island of Pantelleria which sits between Sicily and Africa. It’s made from Zibibbo (as they call Muscat in Sicily), some of which has been dried to add an extra layer of raisin flavour. Tastes like the sweet, ricotta and crystallised peel filled pastries from Naples with roasted apricots.

The bouquet shows hints of honey, dried fruit, rose petals and jasmine. The palate is full with marked acidity and has a viscous and lasting finish.

Notes of sweet fruit: raspberries, wild blackberries and blueberries combined with notes of Slavonian oak. Its elegant and has a strong structure, superbly balanced on the finish.
