Fresh and floral, with a dusting of pepper over blue and black fruits, and maybe some liquorice. Medium to full bodied, open weave grainy tannin, fresh black fruit and mocha, with an almost Ribena juiciness to it. Slight peppery character and fractionally too perky acidity, but has precision and excellent drive through the palate.
