Exotic, perfumed, minty, hinting on eucalyptus, cola nut and dried flowers. Cauquenina means “girl from cauquenes”. This blend comes from non-irrigated old vines, planted on ancient red granite slopes. The palate is superbly integrated and compact, very tasty with lively acidity and a mineral finish.

The name is a French expression “for my gob”, a term used to describe a stash of wine for the producer to drink with friends and family. Red and black fruits such as blackberries, cherries and raspberries, floral notes and touches of spices such as black pepper. Ripe and silky tannins, and balanced acidity.
