This wine opens with a ripe black cherry bouquet with hints of wintergreen and a touch of oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, nicely balanced, and very easy going. The flavour profile is a blend of blackberry and plum with a good helping of black pepper mixed in. The tannins fade away nicely on the finish.
