For lovers of pure sensations we have created a 100% Pinot Noir cuvée with no dosage. It contains only the wine’s natural residual sugar. Moreover, the use of an absolute minimum of sulphur gives the wine the freedom to express itself totally. The bouquet is crisp and at the same time ripe. The palate is pure with abundant finesse and freshness on the finish.

Here everything is purity. In the culmination of a process which over the years has led us to reduce the quantity of sulphites in our Champagnes, no sulphur is added to this cuvée during the different stages of vinification, allowing the Pinot Noir to express itself in perfect freedom. This cuvée evokes lovely apples and Williams pear, with a hint of citrus fruits.

An intensely perfumed bouquet evokes dried pear, citrus pith, nectarine and chalky minerals, with smoky floral and anise qualities adding complexity. Juicy and sharply delineated, with very good depth to its dry, nervy lemon gelato and orchard fruit flavors. Shows a serious spine of minerality, which lifts and sharpens the long, sappy finish. This Champagne’s uncompromising dryness is suavely buffered by its deep fruit.

This is a blend of Crus from all of Pouillon’s holdings. Its assemblage Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. This is richly textured and silky, displaying aromas of lemon grass, strawberry and brioche on an everlasting palate.
