WhistlePig embodies the perfect combination of proof, purity, and age — hitting “the sweet spot” in all three categories. In short: more rye, all the proof, and the perfect age. All in. Full stop.

After studying the best techniques of the Old World – particularly Scotch whiskies – Dave and the WhistlePig team paired bonds of 12-year-old rye with premium European oak casks – Madeira, Sauternes, Port, Cognac, and Sherry. After a series of single finish releases and extensive feedback, the 12 Year Old World is the product of a carefully selected marriage of three finishes that highlights their distinctive flavors to create an exceptionally balanced spirit.

This remarkably complex sipper leads with caramel and vanilla, then reverberates with rounded dried fruit, sherry and almond, fading into a long, gentle baking spice finish. Made with 100% rye sourced from Canada, this is finished in barrels made from Vermont oak and bottled in Vermont.
-
Medium-amber, nut brown color; deeply set vanilla and spice bouquet with dried fruit accents; smooth, creamy flavors with spicy notes; very long finish, slightly sweet with no hard edges.
-
Attractive traces of walnut oil amid the soft corn and firmer rye on the bouquet. An immediate impact of massive oak-laden, liquoriced corn and firmer more mouthwatering grains. The finish sweetens with a slight stirring of honey. It’s not just the extra strength that takes this into a different class.

Wild Turkey American Honey Liqueur is a smooth Bourbon that is blended with wild honey for that rich natural sweetness. For lovers of Bourbon Whiskey but with a touch more richness and a long sweet finish with sublime texture. Not only fantastic to drink neat, Wild Turkey American Honey is a perfect addition to many premium cocktails.

We’re proud to introduce Wild Turkey Longbranch. Made in small batches and refined with oak and Texas Mesquite charcoals, this unique process results in an extraordinarily balanced and smooth sipping whiskey with subtle hints of smoky sweetness.
-
Wild Turkey Rare Breed is a Barrel Proof Bourbon, meaning no water is added to reduce the level of alcohol during the bottling process. This method captures its rich pure Bourbon flavour. Medium to full-bodied with a nose of spring flowers balanced by a touch of black pepper and almonds.
-
The entry is mellow and somewhat soft yet it has a vibrant and rounded complexity. Flavors open up in mid-palate and become more intense with the oak, hint of smokiness and char toward the finish. Nice blend of caramel, honey, vanilla and oak. The DNA of Wild Turkey’s high-rye mash is evident, but less pronounced than most Wild Turkey Bourbons.

Wilderness Trail Settlers Select Single Barrel Rye is made from a mash bill of 56% rye, 33% corn, 12% malted barley. The rye and corn are grown by a local farm and the grain bill uses a sweet mash rather than a sour mash like many Kentucky whiskeys use. Bottled without chill-filtration at barrel proof. As these are single barrel releases, expect variations in flavor and proof.

Very floral on the bouquet with wonderful citrus notes; more citrus on the palate with loads of honey & then turning quite herbal on the finish. An incredibly different and inviting array of aromas & flavors when water is added!
-
The dry, spicy, almost austere bouquet has a promising note of corn, and it delivers on the palate: sweet corn, berries and apricot, a touch of leather and cinnamon, with a bright, spicy finish. A mix of pot-still and column-still whiskeys.

The key to Woodford Reserve Double Oaked is, of course, this second aging barrel. The finishing barrel is made out of new oak and has has had an “extreme toast” which is at least twice as long as the standard toast that Woodford traditionally does with their barrels. The barrel is then flash charred (literally 5 seconds), the lightest char possible. The inspiration for this product came from the Woodford Reserve Master Collection Seasoned Oak Finish and the impact that a different style of finishing barrel could have on a whiskey.

Made in the traditional style of Kentucky Ryes, Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey delivers bold flavors of pepper and tobacco with a long fruit and sweetly spiced finish.

The nose on the Four Wood is wonderful, a deep bouquet that makes you think of peach pie coming out of the oven, a bit of orange zest highlights, hints of maple syrup and brown sugar. But first impressions aren’t always true.
-
Deep, complex and subtly sweet; hints of cinnamon, clove, rich caramel and pipe tobacco, with a nutty oak character. Full flavoured and robust oak with layers of anise, dark berries and cherry fruit, warming cinnamon and clove spice notes on the finish.
-
Pecans, both the nut and the shell, are found on the bouquet along with sweet creamed corn. There is a decent amount of smoke from the barrel. The palate has more of a dark caramel covered popcorn quality to it along with a moderate amount of wood spices. It is young and perhaps not super complex, but overall it’s pretty, pretty, pretty good….
-
This perfect mix of southern charm and rustic cowboy style has plenty of heart. Fuller in flavor than typical Canadian blends due to a higher bourbon content, it’s smooth and slightly sweet. A worthy addition to any top shelf, in Texas or around the world.

A delicate fusion of flavors from seventh-generation distillers, this straight bourbon features a handpicked blend of 4- and 7-year-old bourbons, for an exclusive small-batch whiskey that honors its deep family origins.
