As the history says, before the appearance of the Mayas and Aztecs civilizations, the Olmecs civilization, the oldest civilization in the Mexican Gulf and the predecessor of the above-mentioned ones, was in its prime. One of the Olmec legends tells us about a wonderful nectar of the blue agave , which the god of the Olmecs, after having tested this spirit once in his life, announced that nectar of blue agave should be prepared exclusively for him and nobody else. Olmeca represents the refinement in the art of tequila-making. It is made from the juice of only the finest blue agave plants, and its ultimate purity is guaranteed by a unique process of double distillation.

Clear in colour. Sweet cream, wet stone, agave, and banana custard aromas. A soft gentle entry leas to a supple dryish light-to medium bodied palate with delicate meringue, banana custard, pickle, cracked black pepper and spice flavors. Finishes elegantly with white ash minerality and yellow pepper.
