Martini Extra Dry Vermouth
A straw coloured vermouth with a sharper perfume, it reveals raspberry, lemon and the subtler hints of iris. This aromatic wine is dry without being bitter; with a white wine base it allows the aromas to come alive.
Product Description
MARTINI first produced their vermouth in 1863 at a distillery in Pessione, close to Turin, Italy. The unique recipes remain a closely guarded secret. Martini Bianco Vermouth, following the “vanilla vermouth”, was first introduced in the 1910`s. This white vermouth is actuallly the most aromatic of all the vermouths. It is a careful blend of dry white wine and infused aromatic herbs.
Clear, pale gold with grassy green tints. Delicate perfume bouquet with raspberry, peachy melon, apple flesh and skin, lemon and subtle aromas of acacia honey. Apple skin flavour comes to the fore on the palate with a background of orris, slight touches of wood and balanced acidity. Rootier notes emerge mid-palate. Light, zesty, fragrant, cinnamon apple and white peach finish.

METHOD
1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with lemon slice and a cherry.
