Product Description
Llopart is a top-quality producer of organic, Traditional Method sparkling wines from their country estate Can Llopart de Subirats, located in one of the highest areas of Penedès. The family’s long winemaking history dates to 1385 and since then, 26 generations have cultivated the family vineyards. In 1887, Llopart created its first sparkling wines, but it was during the early 1950s, that Pere Llopart Vilarós actively contributed to the promotion of their ‘artisanal’ sparkling wines. Since 2019, their bottles bear the name ‘Corpinnat’ the collective brand of which they are co-founders, which distinguish the great sparkling wines of the region from D.O. Cava. They craft fine sparkling wines with strict quality guidelines as they feel the quality is intrinsically linked to origin and terroir.
Vibrant salmon color. The bouquet combines the freshness of the primary aromas of pear, fresh strawberry and currant on a background of subtle notes of breadcrumbs and balsamic aromas stand out. The palate is very balanced, with an extremely fine and creamy bubble that perfectly balances the freshness, underpinned by subtle hints of balsamic and a beautiful and long finish.
Panko-Coated Chicken Schnitzel

INGREDIENTS
1 cup flour
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups panko
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 6 ounces each), butterflied and pounded 1/4-inch-thick
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup canola oil
6 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons capers
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1. Set the flour, eggs and panko in three separate shallow bowls.
2. Season the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper.
3. Dredge the chicken in the flour, shaking off any excess, then dip in the eggs and coat thoroughly with the panko, pressing lightly to adhere.
4. In each of 2 large skillets, heat 1/4 cup of canola oil.
5. Add the chicken and cook over moderately high heat, turning once, until golden and crispy, about 3 minutes.
6. Transfer the chicken to a paper towel-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
7. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt the butter and cook over moderately high heat until browned and nutty, about 4 minutes.
8. Stir in the capers, lemon juice and parsley; spoon over the chicken and serve.
