Proclamation Irish Whiskey is a blend of the finest grain whiskies from across Ireland. Timelessly crafted in small individual batches offering a liquid of complex, yet refined character. The liquid is tripled distilled and aged in new American oak, offering up a singularly smooth whiskey with a clean taste. Matured in bourbon casks & blended with a touch of sherry finished malt to give a rounded toasted finish.
Pale gold with a pale straw hue. The bouuet brings espresso, vanilla custard, Demerara sugar, and oak. The oaky notes continue in the palate alongside, all-butter croissants, and freshly baked brioche bread. The finish is warming, smooth, and very creamy.

INGREDIENTS
1 Earl Grey teabag
50ml Kilbeggan Irish whiskey
2 dashes Fee peach bitters
2 tsp peach syrup, or crème de pêche liqueur
25ml Vya sweet vermouth
twist lemon peel, to garnish
METHOD
1. Place the teabag into a cocktail shaker, pour in the whisky stir for 20 seconds then remove the teabag.
2. Add the peach bitters, peach syrup (or crème de pêche liqueur), sweet vermouth and a handful of ice and stir well.
3. Strain the cocktail into a tumbler filled with ice and garnish with the twist of lemon peel.
