Straw yellow with green highlights. The bouquet is intense and concentrated. The first phenolic nose is also marked by citrus and fruit (pear). It operates in smoke. The marine nature (fish eggs) from Caol Ila is becoming more and more present. Dilution reveals sweet almond notes. The palate is powerful. Sharp attack on the licorice stick. She thrives on the bitterness of peat and spices (pepper). The finish is long and lingering notes of cold ash.
