Old gold in colour. The bouquet shows rich and deep. Cereal notes and ripe fruit (apple, pear). A succession of spices (cinnamon, nutmeg), nuts (almond, apricot) and candied citrus (grapefruit, lemon) coated with precious wood and beeswax. The palate is balanced, wraparound. Its fruity sweetness (Mirabelle plum) is noticeable. Forgotten, the relative dryness of the bouquet, at most, the bitterness of malted barley. Anyway, apart from the green button it provides, it has no influence. Vanilla and some exotic fruits (pineapple, mango, guava) accentuate its smooth character. The finish is long and firm. Spices (cloves and more) are completely fused with fine notes of oak, vanilla and fresh walnuts. Candied, citrus became much more fresh and juicy. It is dotted with sheer floral notes (lime) and herbaceous (mint).
