Chase Seville Marmalade Gin

From the idea in 2004, it took us until April fool’s day 2008 to harvest the first of our potatoes, making the first batch of vodka in June 2008. Upon tasting the very first drop from the column before filtering, I was so enamored and proud of it, I decided to call it Chase Vodka. And so Chase Distillery was born. Grown and distilled and bottled in Herefordshire, England. We infuse juniper buds and berries to ensure that we distil the driest gin possible, followed by 10 fine botanicals including; cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, almond, coriander, cardamom, cloves, liquorice and lemon. On the nose; dry juniper with zesty citrus with some warm, spicy notes. Juniper, dark chocolate and citrus zest upfront on the palate, followed by notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.

Another fantastic Gin from Chase Distillery. With delicious botanicals and Seville oranges. Using cider apples they created the base spirit infusing with a delicate range of eight unique botanicals including; juniper, orange peel, liquorice, elderflower and bitter almond before finally distilling with more of the same sweet Seville orange peel used in our delicious Chase Marmalade Vodka. Light nectar in appearance, natural floral oils upfront followed by fruity notes like a luscious hot cross bun. Fragrant with elderflower upfront on the palate. Smooth, sweet Seville orange peel tones with a full sweet body. Full bodied, finishing with an expression of fresh Seville orange zest.
