INGREDIENTS
40ml Cariel Small Batch Vodka
20ml Lemon juice
20ml Sugar syrup
4 pcs Raspberry
Egg white (optional)
Soda Water
METHOD
1. Muddle raspberries in a shaker with the liquids and add egg white.
2. Shake vigorously with ice and double strain in a wine glass.
3. Garnish with fresh raspberries and lemon peel.
