INGREDIENTS
1.7oz Bruxo no.1 Mezcal
2 Slices of kiwi
2 Slices of pear
3.5oz Apple juice
0.5oz Cucumber syrup
0.5oz Lemon juice
METHOD
1. Add kiwi and pear slices with Cucumber syrup.
2. Macerate, and add remaining ingredients.
3. Shake applying double cast decorate (garnish).
