In 1862, Facundo Bacardi bought an old, tin-roofed distillery near the Santiago de Cuba harbour. There he created the spirit that would define the world’s standard for quality rum, smoother and more drinkable than any before. Today, his original recipe continues to be a family secret. Fortunately, it’s been passed down through six generations of master blenders. Bacardi is the world’s first refined rum. It is double filtered through charcoal for smoothness and aged in natural white oak for character.
Austere nose, with a slight spice character. Broad, medium length palate – light bodied but with depth of flavour and character. This is a Classic Peurto Rican style, low in aromatics with a dry flavour. Pure and rounded, with a hint of charry oak, overlaid by a silky texture, and finishing on a warm, dry, uplifting note.

INGREDIENTS
1 oz Bacardi Superior White Rum
3 dashes Bols Blue Curaçao
1 oz Archer's Peach Schnapps
1 oz Grenadine
2 oz Lemonade
METHOD
Fill the collins glass 3/4 with ice.
Add peach schnapps, white rum, then grenadine.
Use a bar spoon (or any spoon with a long handle) to gently lift the grenadine through the ice.
Top with lemonade to taste, but leave enough room for the next step.
Once you have mixed, drizzle a small amount of blue curacao down the sides of the glass.
The blue curacao will fall through the red cocktail leaving a trail of purple clouds. and beautiful gradient between red and blue.
