818 Añejo Tequila starts its journey in the the Highland and Lowland agave fields of Jalisco. The 100% pure Weber Blue agave is harvested by hand, roasted, fermented for days, and double-distilled. Although not mentioned on the label, our sources tell us that all that magic takes place at the famous La Cofradia Distillery.

We work closely with local, family-owned farms in Jalisco, Mexico to bring you the smoothest, most natural, and best tasting tequila possible. Only the highest quality ingredients are used in its creation. The area code 818 is home to me, but the earth is home to all of us. So, from the agaves we grow, to the production of the bottle, sustainability and transparency of our supply chain was our core focus. We feel a great sense of responsibility and pride to have a positive impact on individuals, communities, and the environment. Light amber with shiny golden reflections and bronze hue. The bouquet shows vanilla, sweet agave, and crisp herbal aromas. The palate brings caramel, toasted nuts, orange peel, chocolate and toffee. Very long silk, rich and full on the finish.

INGREDIENTS
2 1/2oz Don Julio Añejo tequila
2 tsp sugar
1 lime
METHOD
1. Cut the lime into 8 wedges and place in an old-fashioned glass.
2. Sprinkle with granulated white sugar and crush together.
3. Fill with crushed ice, add tequila.
4. Serve with two small straws.
