This unique Auchentoshan Whisky has been matured in three diffrent cask types. American Bourbon, Spanish Oloroso Sherry and finally Pedro Ximenez Sherry Casks, producing a rich complex whisky with incredible toffee and sherry oak flavours. A solid malt. Overall sits at the drier end of the whisky spectrum.

Originally filled in ex-bourbon barrels, this whisky was revatted into Californian red wine casks in March 2016 and January 2017. These two vattings have been blended to create a rich and fruity single malt with a distinctive red colour and bags of flavour.

This is ‘Liora’ – Drawing inspiration from Hebrew, Liora signifies ‘the gift of light’, aptly reflecting the luminous character of this whisky, which marks the distilleries inaugural venture into bottling at Distiller’s Strength.

A dry, refined character born just twenty miles from Scotland's capital naturally makes Glenkinchie “The Edinburgh Malt”. Its aromatic smoothness brings to mind cut flowers and creamy lemon cheesecake. Crisp and focused, with a herbal, drying finish.
