Kokoro is a London Dry Gin distilled with eight botanicals, that are juniper, coriander, angelica, sweet orange, almond, liquorice, savory, lemon peel and fresh Sansho berries imported from sustainable sources in the Afan Woodland of Nagano prefecture, Japan. Sansho berries are used extensively in Japanese cuisine and have a distinctively earthy black pepper flavor with a piney citrus aftertaste. Close your eyes and think of the forest – that’s where our heart is.

The botanicals used to create our wonderful gin are: Juniper, angelica, almond, coriander, liquorice, lemon, orange, buddha’s hand, pink peppercorn, orris root, cassia bark and cinnamon. The resulting gin has a bold juniper body and unique citrus profile.

Copperhead Gin is distilled with juniper, cardamom, orange peel, angelica and coriander. It’s apparently named after Mr. Copperhead, an alchemist who was searching for the ‘elixir of life’ and accidentally produced this Gin along the way. Result! It first hits you with sweet and citrussy aromas and flavours, followed by a persistent juniper tang and honeyed sweetness.

It has a dry, spicy bouquet. Much like hovering over the spice rack on a kitchen counter – nothing too specific other than that drying, almost musty aroma. Our unique botanical mix of Cotswolds lavender and bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper and cardamom seed into our bespoke Holstein pot still for distillation before finishing with naturally refined Cotswolds water. The result is a classic well-balanced juniper-led gin with crisp citrus and spice. This gin is delicious on its own and over ice.

The bouquet is very light and floral and very delightful, it`s like a whiff of light perfume. The taste is complex, light on the juniper but it´s definitely there, lightly spicy and floral. The palate is gentle, there´s no burn and its easy to drink.
