Gold Grail Gin is a Premium Gin, distilled in its own still with a distillation column of three stages and flavored with Flor de Carqueja and Salicornia. Gold Grail Gin compiles the unique concept of the link between the ruggedness of the Mountain and the freshness of the sea, with a little tropical touch given by Fava Tonka, associated with the mystery of the remaining 10 botanists that compose it.

An Dúlamán Irish Maritime Gin is distilled using the standard London Dry method; all of the ingredients, bar the carrageen moss, are infused within the pot. The moss is vapour infused, to preserve its freshness. This is a coastal inspired affair, with juniper, coriander, angelica, sweet orange, lemon and cassia joined by Donegal sugar kelp, carrageen moss, dulse, dúlamán and pepper dulse.

A grape based spirit. Being based on grape rather than grain neutral spirit seems to add body and faint sweetness to this classically styled yet subtly herbal dry gin. The specially selected botanicals in GinT include Friulian Juniper berries from the Adriatic coast with Moscato grapes, Coriander seeds, Angelica root, mace, vanilla pods and sweet orange peels. It is crafted using pure water from the Italian Alps and distilled in small batched in alembic pot stills that were produced in 1955.

The bouquet is bright ripe berries, strawberry, orange, with some sweetened citrus in the mid-notes, and some spice hints in the lower notes. The palate is bright fruit once again: plum, grilled cherries, tart and sweet. Notes of ruby red grapefruit, leaning towards a touch of citrus on the finish with hints of nutmeg and sugar. Tart, but dry on the finish.

Botanicals from the Trentino woods and water from the Dolomites are used. The juniper is fine and fragrant to the bouquet which manages to combine in an excellent way with the other fifteen different natural herbs selected to give a good balance to the product. Dry and clean, excellent balance, these are the hallmarks of the master distillers.

Citrus Orange and Lemon to explode out of the glass, the toasted, nutty almond flavour and smoothness to fully evolve, and the subtle bitterness and woody character of the Gentian root to really add another dimension, finishing smooth and dry – leaving your taste buds wanting more!

KI NO BI is a unique gin produced in an artisanal distillery located in Kyoto, Japan. Elaborated from regional ingredients, its recipe is inspired by the history and culture of the city. KI NO BI, which means “the beauty of the seasons”, is a rice alcohol to which local botanicals including yellow Yuzu, Sansho pepper and Uji gyokuro tea have been added. This Japanese gin is assembled with the famous Fushimi water.
